Acceptance of Terms of Use

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 3300 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 3300 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and 3300. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version.

The 3300 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Registration & Account Information

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 3300 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund of outstanding balances. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. 3300 will never request your password via email or support chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

User Responsibilities

  • Users are responsible for all activity that occurs within their account.
  • Users may not transfer, sell, or grant account access to any other party.
  • Users may not use automation software, bots, or any other unauthorised methods to access the platform.
  • Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia when using this platform.

MYR Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the 3300 platform, including deposits and withdrawals, are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, internet banking, and debit or credit cards issued by local Malaysian banks.

Deposit

Deposits are credited to your account once payment confirmation is received by our system. Processing times vary depending on your chosen method. 3300 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory identity verification and fulfilment of any wagering requirements tied to bonuses received. 3300 reserves the right to request supporting documents for verification purposes before approving any withdrawal. Funds will be returned via the same payment method used for your original deposit, except in circumstances that require special consideration.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by 3300 are subject to the wagering requirements and validity periods stated in their respective promotion terms. Winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully met. Misuse of the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy

3300 is not liable for any financial losses, indirect losses, or damages arising from the use of this platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their account credentials. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and 3300 makes no guarantees regarding the availability or accuracy of its content at any given time.

In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, 3300 will endeavour to restore the situation to a fair position based on available transaction records. Decisions made by the 3300 team in such cases are final.

Account Suspension & Closure

3300 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that a user has:

  • Violating any terms set out in this document.
  • Providing false information during registration.
  • Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.
  • Using unauthorised software or methods to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse the bonus or promotion system.

If an account is closed due to fraud or a breach of terms, 3300 reserves the right to retain the balance in that account as compensation for losses incurred.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the 3300 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface layouts, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 3300 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
